摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for effectively using carbon sources highly containing lauric acid, regarding to culture control methods (oxygen transfer rate controlling methods) effectively producing polyhydroxyalkanoic acid by using carbon sources highly contains lauric acid components, which are not effectively used before, specifically, effectively producing polyhydroxyalkanoic acid by using oil and fat, and/or fatty acid containing at least 41 wt.% or more of lauric acid, especially, P(3HB-co-3HH) in an industrial scale. <P>SOLUTION: There is disclosed the method capable of producing polyhydroxyalkanoic acid containing 41 wt.% or more of lauric acid, in attaining an average time productivity index of 1.5 g/L/h or more of the polyhydroxyalkanoic acid in culture production by the oxygen transfer rate controlling method. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p>
