<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device in which an unfavorable through current does not flow between an external device and the semiconductor device even if a power-on order of an internal power supply and an input/output cell power supply is not considered; and provide an electronic apparatus using the semiconductor device. <P>SOLUTION: A semiconductor device comprising an input/output cell circuit that switches input/output operations based on a first input/output switching control signal generated on the basis of an internal circuit drive power supply, comprises: an input/output cell circuit drive power supply different from the internal circuit drive power supply; and a control circuit performing control so that a second input/output switching control signal generated by the internal circuit drive power supply and the input/output cell circuit drive power supply is valid and that an output terminal of the input/output cell circuit is in a high-impedance state when the internal circuit drive power supply is not turned on and the input/output cell circuit drive power supply is turned on. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
