The small solar cell module (100) comprises a substrate (10), a unit solar cell (20), an encapsulant layer (30), and a protection film layer (40) of polycarbonate (PC). The substrate (10) has a printed circuit board (PCB) on which a printed circuit, having a structure in which two or more unit solar cells are connected in series, is formed. The substrate and the unit solar cell are attached with a conductive material (50), and the conductive material is a low temperature solder paste.
