According to the present invention, the electronic device comprises: a substrate; a network type semiconductor which is formed on the substrate, and has a plurality of intersection points at which a plurality of linear semiconductors are alternately coupled; and a first electrode and a second electrode electrically connected to the network type semiconductor.
