The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of packing paper for fertilizer having a multilayer by using waste materials and, more specifically, to a manufacturing method of packing paper for fertilizer having a multilayer, by recycling waste materials which are large quantities of waste resins such as polypropylene (PP), polyethylene (PE), nylon, polyester (PET), polystyrene (PS), etc, with a reactive extrusion process by addition of a functional compatibilizing agent, and laminating large quantities of the same. |
