<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem with a conventional resin intake manifold, wherein the manifold can secure rigidity against vibration or the like by connecting branch pipes by using connecting ribs and forming an integral structure, however, since the connecting ribs are formed so as to fill spaces between the branch pipes, there arises a problem that connecting portions are concealed by the branch pipes and the connecting ribs. <P>SOLUTION: The resin intake manifold connected to an engine side comprises: a flange having a plurality of the connecting portions for fastening the engine side and a cylinder head; a plurality of the branch pipes which extend from the flange and are bent into one direction; the connecting ribs which connect the branch pipes and cover at least one of the connecting portions when viewed from the installation side of the flange; openings formed at portions of the connecting ribs opposing the connecting portions covered with the connecting ribs; and guide protrusions protrusively formed toward center axes of the openings. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
