The invention relates to a checking method and a checking system, which can check the defects of the non-through laminated film in a laminated film. The laminated film is formed by the laminated insulating layers on the two sides of a metal layer. The checking method is used for checking the defects of the laminated film. The laminated film is formed by laminating the insulating layers on the two sides of the metal layer. The checking method includes a voltage applying process and a detecting process. In the voltage applying process, on one hand, conductive liquid is applied on the surfaces of the laminated layer, and on the other hand, voltage is applied between a first electrode and a second electrode. The first electrode is contacted with the surface of the laminated film supplying the liquid, and the second electrode is contacted with the end part of the metal layer exposed at the end of the laminated film. In the checking process, the power-up state between the first electrode and the second electrode applied the voltage is detected. |
