<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a binding tool which has a large resistance force sufficient for that a top plate is not detached against a large impact force applied to a binding pipe and the top plate.SOLUTION: A binding tool comprises: an outer frame member comprising a base plate 1 for upright support of two hollow binding pipes 2 for binding a loose-leaf, an upright plate 5 which is combined to a rear edge of the base plate by a thin-walled hinge 3 and can be attached to a binder cover and a top plate 9 which is combined to a surface of the upright plate by a thin-walled hinge 7; and a holding member comprising two pins 13 which can be inserted into and detached from said two binding pipes respectively and a pin support plate 15 for fixedly supporting upper edges of these pins. Hooking means 11, which can be engaged with and disengaged from a front edge of the pin support plate, is provided to a front edge of the top plate, a yoked type projection, which projects towards the upright plate along a face of the pin support plate, is provided to a rear end of the pin support plate, and a projection 19, which can fit into the yoked type projection, is formed on the upright plate.</p> |
