<p>The securing system has a safety cable (6) which is pulled upwardly with a pulling cable (10). A cable deflection device (8) is arranged at deflection point (8') and is secured with hanging elements (5) such that the upward strand (10A) and downward strand (10B) of pulling cable are moved upwardly and downwardly over deflection point. The clamping rungs (4) are provided at free projecting ends of hanging elements. The housing is provided for blocking fixing elements (11,12) for ends of pulling cable, after safety cable is pulled by pulling cable directly through hanging elements. An independent claim is included for a method for attaching safety cable on utility pole and mobile phone mast.</p> |
