The present invention provides a fluorescent sheet including: a color conversion film including fluorescent dots and a polymer layer in which the fluorescent dots are dispersed; a barrier film located on one surface of the color conversion film; and a transflective film located on the other surface of the color conversion film. According to the present invention, a manufacturing cost can be reduced by applying organic and inorganic fluorescent substances, instead of a semiconductor nano crystal, to a part of or the whole of the fluorescent sheet, and applying the transflective film to a lower part of the fluorescent sheet. In addition, the fluorescent sheet is not harmful to an environment and increases light efficiency.
