The present invention relates to a method for producing a peanut sprout. The method for producing a peanut sprout according to the present invention comprises the following steps: storing peanut seeds in a low temperature warehouse in which warmth and coolness are kept so as to prevent decomposition or early germination; washing the stored peanut sprout seeds of the previous step through washing water; germinating the washed seeds of the previous step in a germinator; accommodating the germinated peanut sprouts of the previous step in a particular container, putting the container in a growing chamber having an indoor temperature of 25-35°C, and spraying underground water of 18-22°C; spraying a diluted solution, in which a metal-containing solution including a particular part by weight of oligodynamic metal is diluted in water, to the peanut sprouts of the previous step for a particular period of time in a fog state with a particle diameter of 0.03-0.1 μm; and shipping peanut sprouts grown to have a particular size. |
