The present invention relates to a peroxiredoxin protein and, more specifically, to an antibody for an oxidized peroxiredoxin protein, or to an antigen-binding fragment thereof. The antibody of the present invention can be sFv or Fab-type antibody and also, a whole humanized form antibody by being recombined with constant region derived from the human. Additionally, the antibody of the present invention can be useful in diagnosing, treating, and preventing diseases mediated by the cellular signal transduction through the oxidized peroxiredoxin protein. |
