PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cushion for bedding that facilitates turning in bed, has favorable body pressure distribution, has a simple structure, and has low cost.SOLUTION: A cushion for bedding, such as a pillow, includes flexible polyurethane foam that is formed by foaming a polyurethane foam base material containing a polyol, an isocyanate, a catalyst, a foaming agent, and a foam stabilizer. As a result of the flexible polyurethane foam having an impact resilience (in accordance with JIS K 6400-3) of 50% or more and a 25% compression load (in accordance with JIS K 6400-2: D method) of 20N or less, the cushion offers a high impact-resilience and low hardness that facilitates turning over in bed and has a favorable body pressure distribution. |
