<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust emission control device configured to suppress oil dilution to be caused by regenerative purification processing, while enhancing regenerative purification efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: This exhaust emission control device includes: exhaust emission control means 21 and 22 for capturing a predetermined substance included in exhaust gas of an engine 10 by storing, adsorbing or filtering the substance; and a purification control means 6 for executing purification control for discharging or burning the substance captured by the exhaust emission control means 21 and 22. The exhaust emission control device also includes a dilution rate arithmetic operation means 3 for calculating a rate of dilution of engine oil of the engine 10, and a limiting means 5 for limiting a purification quantity in the purification control by the purification control means 6 on the basis of the rate of dilution calculated by the dilution rate arithmetic operation means 3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
