摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a controlled operation system for an elevator which reliably determines whether swings of a long-sized body due to long-period tremors of a construction are caused by an earthquake or a strong wind to perform controlled operation in accordance with the causes.SOLUTION: A controlled operation system 1 of an elevator E of the embodiment includes a long-sized body swing sensor 9, an earthquake early warning device 200, a wind velocity sensor 110, and an elevator control board 10. The long-sized body swing sensor 9 decides a swing state of a long-sized body T based on tremor information of a construction 100. The earthquake early warning device 200 sends an earthquake early warning. The wind velocity sensor 110 detects a wind velocity. The elevator control board 10 performs controlled operation in an earthquake in accordance with the swing state of the long-sized body T in receiving the earthquake early warning and performs controlled operation in a strong wind in accordance with the swing state of the long-sized body T when the wind velocity by the wind velocity sensor is equal to or more than a prescribed wind velocity. The opportunities of the controlled operation for maintaining the operation of the elevator are more frequent in the controlled operation in a strong wind than in the controlled operation in an earthquake.</p>
