<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a collagen gel membrane which makes a substance such as a cultivation liquid component pass therethrough without making it pass through a cell and also has transparency suitable for the observation of the cell, and a cultivation vessel using the collagen gel membrane. <P>SOLUTION: The cultivation vessel has: a liquid-solution accommodation part 12 composed of the collagen gel membrane 20 which contains 0.03 to 0.5 mass% of a bridged collagen fiber, and whose thickness is 2 mm to 5 mm, and a cultivation region 14 which accommodates a cultivation liquid and can cultivate the cell; and a cylindrical partitioning member 24 closed by a composite material which is inserted into the liquid solution accommodation part 12 and vertically partitions the cultivation region, and whose opening has the collagen gel membrane 20 and a water insoluble polymer membrane material 22 having holes whose hole diameters are 20μm to 5,000μm. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
