<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a forming mold that can form a transfer surface of high precision in a relatively easy manner. <P>SOLUTION: In a heat treatment process before processing, a plating layer 18b is heated at temperature which is equal to or lower than a first predetermined temperature that can suppress the acceleration of the crystallization of the plating layer 18b and equal to or more than a second predetermined temperature which is either one of auxiliary curing temperature for molding performed later, a temperature at the formation of an intermediate layer 18c and a temperature at the formation of a release film 18d, and in a succeedingly performed shape processing process, the surface 19g of the plating layer 18b is subjected to cutting processing. Accordingly, in various processings on and after the heat treatment process before processing, the shape of the transfer surface 12 is kept to withstand the repetition of molding operation. Further, the deformation of a master mold 10, that is, a transfer primary surface 12i having to become the transfer surface 12 can be suppressed and the cutting processing of the plating layer 18b becomes relatively easy. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
