<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a winding coil with which mounting failure does not occur, and cracking or chipping does not occur after mounting. <P>SOLUTION: A winding coil 100 includes: a core 1 successively formed with inside collar portions 1b, groove portions 1d, and outside collar portions 1c on both sides of a winding core portion 1a; a coil 2 having both side portions 2a wound around the groove portions 1d; and an electrode 3.
