The present invention relates to a connector for a substrate and a connecting apparatus for connecting a substrate and a connector using the same. A housing (12) forms the exterior of the connector (10) by the present invention. A terminal (20) is installed in a terminal mounting space (14) passing through the front and rear of the housing (12). An elastic piece (22) is formed at the front end of the terminal (20) and is adhered to a contact point (52) formed on a substrate (50) by an elastic force. A mounting fixture (30) exists on the housing. The mounting fixture (30) is hung and fixed at a connector mounting unit of a case (54). An elastic member (40) pushes the housing (12) in a direction of the substrate (50) on which the contact point is formed. An elastic piece (22) of a front end of the terminal (20) is connected to the contact point (52) to perform an electric connection with an elastically converted state when the elastic member (40) pushes the housing (12) in a direction of the substrate (50). According to the present invention, the front end of the terminal (20) of the connector (10) for the substrate is directly connected to the substrate (50) without a special connector. The present invention has a benefit to reduce the size of the substrate (50) and a size of a case (54) mounted on the substrate (50).
