Disclosed is an electrolysis device comprising: an electrolyzing tank which generates hydrogen gas from electrolyzed water and byproduct gas by electrolyzing raw water supplied from a raw water supply unit; and a catalyst reaction tank which has a hydrophobic catalyst, receives the hydrogen gas generated from the electrolyzing tank, and removes the hydrogen gas through a catalyst reaction.
