<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a call processing device capable of processing a lot of call information in a short time.SOLUTION: A call processing device comprises: a plurality of scenario units 12A, 12B,...; a protocol unit 11; and a plurality of call information memories 13a, 13b, ... subordinate to the plurality of scenario units respectively. When receiving a communication signal from a communication terminal, the protocol unit acquires first call information from the signal, selects a call information memory to be a writing destination to write the first call information thereto, and notifies a scenario unit associated with the selected call information memory of the writing. When receiving the notification, the scenario unit acquires the written first call information from the call information memory subordinate to the scenario unit, performs call processing based on the acquired first call information, writes second call information that is a result of the call processing to the call information memory subordinate to the scenario unit, and notifies the protocol unit of the writing of the second call information. The protocol unit acquires the second call information from the corresponding call information memory, generates a communication signal, and transmits the communication signal to a communication channel.</p> |
