PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine capable of suppressing a situation where game balls are discharged from a ball tray against player's intention while preventing deterioration in ball removal operability of the ball tray.SOLUTION: A ball removal unit 611 which can open/close a ball removal port of a lower tray 15 includes: a movable member displaceable to a first position for closing the ball removal port and to a second position for opening the ball removal port; energization means for energizing the movable member to the first position side; and engagement means capable of holding the movable member located in the second position. Also, switching means is provided which can adjust a displacement amount of the movable member, and the movable member can be held by the engagement means. The switching means is configured so that it can switch a state of the ball removal unit 611 between a first state where a holding state of the movable member can be released by a player's predetermined operation and a second state where the movable member cannot be held by the engagement means. When the ball removal unit is in the second state, the maximum opening area of the ball removal port openable by operating an operation part becomes smaller than when the ball removal unit is in the first state.
