The device has an operation system (1) supporting a holding frame (4) which includes a press stamp and a processing unit. A detachable connection unit (19) is arranged in an area of the frame, and includes an actuator and a sucker. The connection unit is non-positively connected with a surface area of a section (6) of an aircraft. The frame is freely positioned in an area by the operation system with respect to the surface area.
