The present invention relates to a construct for expressing self-induced protein, which is induced by recognizing autologous cell concentration, or a nucleic acid molecule, and to multiple uses of the construct. The construct is a self-induced expression construct induced by sensing cell concentration, and does not require an additional inducer for expressing a gene. The construct of the present invention can be used for uses of anti-cancer, infarction treatment, and visualization of tumor or infarction tissue by being induced into a host cell, especially into an attenuated Salmonella host cell. When using the Salmonella host cell containing the construct of the present invention, a drug can be effectively produced and delivered within the body, thereby maximizing a therapeutic effect. In addition, proteins can be economically produced without adding an inducer by using the expression of the host cell containing the construct of the present invention. |
