A small tracking unit that can send a signal of its location via varied means of wireless methods such as GPS/GPRS. The unit will be dormant and can be activated upon receiving a signal. The unit will be shock resistant and will be self-contained with internal batteries. The batteries can be charged using solar power, motion charging and using heat or friction from the unit to produce a current to charge the unit. The device is intended to be used to track plant machinery attachments. |
