PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately calculate the power consumed by a power consumption system provided with an electric apparatus on the basis of the power measured on the basis of a current flowing in a branch breaker and the power measured on the basis of a current flowing inside the electric apparatus.SOLUTION: A first power measurement unit 101 measures the power consumed via at least one specific branch breaker. A second power measurement unit 102 measures the power consumed by at least one specific electric apparatus. A duplicate power specification unit 103 specifies the power, among the power measured by the first power measurement unit 101 and the power measured by the second power measurement unit 102, which is measured duplicately. A power calculation unit 104 calculates the power consumed by the power consumption system on the basis of the power measured by the first power measurement unit 101, the power measured by the second power measurement unit 102, and the power specified by the duplicate power specification unit 103. |
