<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress fluctuation in a process value of a plant caused by execution of a partial stroke test for an emergency shutoff valve. <P>SOLUTION: A control unit 10 obtains a CV value corresponding to a current shutoff valve opening (Xs) using prestored CV characteristic data relating to an emergency shutoff valve 5, and obtains a loss CV value therefrom. Further, the control unit obtains a CV value corresponding to a current valve opening of a flow regulating value 4 on the basis of the prestored CV characteristic data relating to the flow regulating valve 4 and an output of a flow indicator/regulator 6. The control unit generates a correction output relating to the valve opening of the flow regulating valve 4 on the basis of the flow regulating valve CV value and the loss CV value and increases the valve opening of the flow regulating valve 4 on the basis of the correction output. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
