The device has a housing (10) for receiving water. A heating body is provided for heating the water. An opening (11) is provided in the housing at its inner side for receiving the heating body. A bulge (29) is provided at outside of the heating body in a solder-free manner. The housing is manufactured in a two-component injection molding process such that a wall of a recess is partially arranged by a soft component.
