Disclosed are a responsive sticker recommending method and a computer program. The responsive sticker recommending method according to the present invention comprises: a step of producing conversation situation information by analyzing pairs of both the previous speech and past speeches of a second user, and the past speeches of a first user; a step of determining a similar situation during the conversation of a pre-constructed conversation situation information database by using the produced conversation situation information; a step of determining whether it is the time for a response to be inputted by a first user terminal by using a similar situation determining result; a step of selecting a responsive sticker candidate group corresponding to the determined similar situation if it is the time for the response by the first user terminal to be inputted; and a step of providing information of one or more response stickers among the selected responsive sticker candidate groups to the first user terminal.
