The present invention provides a display device. The display device includes: a display panel; a drive circuit board disposed on at least one side of the display panel; one or more flexible circuit board connecting the display panel and the drive circuit board and having a driver chip mounted on one surface thereof; a flange including a bottom chassis storing the display panel, a first fixing part coupled to an edge of the rear of the bottom chassis, a side surface part extended from an end of the first fixing part and bent in a vertical direction, and a second fixing part extended from an end of the side surface part and bent in an outer direction of the bottom chassis; and a heat radiating chassis coupled to the second fixing part. |
