The present invention provides a method to make nanoparticles and inks comprising nanoparticles comprising: (S1) a step of producing a copper precursor solution; (S2) a step of synthesizing nanoparticles using underwater discharge in the produced solution; (S3) a step of recovering the nanoparticles produced from an underwater discharge; (S4) a step of synthesizing nanoink by dispersing the recovered nanoparticles in an ink composition for digital printing comprising a hydrophilic organic solvent and water-based dispersant.
