An idle tone dispersion device which performs a frequency delta-sigma modulation with respect to a measured signal by using a reference signal and outputs a frequency delta-sigma modulation signal having an idle tone dispersed therein, the idle tone dispersion device comprising: n frequency delta-sigma modulators; a phase adjuster configured to relatively adjust a phase between the measured signal and the reference signal, to generate n sets of output measured signals and output reference signals, and to supply each set of output measured signals and output reference signals to each of the n frequency delta-sigma modulators; and an adder configured to add an output signal of the n frequency delta-sigma modulators and outputs the frequency delta-sigma modulation signal, wherein n is a natural number greater than or equal to 2, each of the n frequency delta-sigma modulators performs the frequency delta-sigma modulation with respect to the output measured signal by using the output reference signal supplied from the phase adjuster, and the phase adjuster relatively adjusts the phase between the measured signal and the reference signal such that an entire phase of the idle tone is different from the output signal of the n frequency delta-sigma modulators, and generates the n sets of output measured signals and output reference signals.
