The present invention relates to an emergency remote psychiatric system based on an emergency psychiatric mental condition prediction model, and a method thereof. The emergency remote psychiatric system comprises: a collecting unit which collects real-time mental health symptoms of a patient, and the medical and family history data of the patient; a predicting unit which predicts a psychiatric mental state of the patient from the collected real-time mental health symptoms and the medical and family history data; and a transmitting unit which provides the predicted psychiatric mental state.
