The present invention relates to a method for producing a nanomaterial pattern, comprising: a first step of forming a perfluoropolymer pattern on an upper portion of a substrate; a second step of spreading a dispersion solution dispersed with nanomaterials on the substrate having the pattern formed in the first step; and a third step of removing the perfluoropolymer pattern formed on the substrate of the second step. The method for producing the nanomaterial pattern according to the present invention, when producing the nanomaterial pattern by a lift-off method, is easy to remove the perfluoropolymer pattern after forming the nanomaterial pattern using the perfluoropolymer pattern, and can form the excellent nanomaterial pattern because of not causing damage to the substrate and the nanomaterials. In addition, a more excellent nanomaterial pattern can be formed through a functional material.
