ANTIBODY SPECIFIC FOR ACETYLATED PEROXIREDOXIN III PROTIEN AND USE THEREOF

The present invention relates to an antibody specific to a peroxiredoxin III protein and, more specifically, to an antibody specific to a peroxiredoxin III protein in which lysine 254 is acetylated or an antigen-binding fragment of the same. The antibody of the present invention can be produced as a sFv or a Fab by complete identification of an antigen binding region or provided as a whole humanized antibody by being recombined with a human-derived invariable domain. The antibody of the present invention can effectively be used for controlling an inhibition rate of the acetylated peroxiredoxin III protein in a body by being combined with other antibodies having different binding specificities since the antibody has a binding specificity to the acetylated peroxiredoxin III protein. In addition, the antibody of the present invention can effectively be used for diagnosing, treating, and preventing diseases due to intracellular signal transmission by acetylation of the peroxiredoxin III protein.
