The present invention relates to an elevator flooding protection apparatus for an apartment which comprises: a guide iron plate vertically installed in a left and right side of a door of an elevator; a pair of spring balances installed in an upper of the door; a guide pulley for guiding wire ropes individually extracted from the spring balances to the front of the guide iron plate; a rain drop blocking plate having the horizontal top connected to the bottom of the wire rope, and vertically elevated in front of the door; a floor iron plate installed in a floor slave in front of the door; a rubber magnetic plate attached to a horizontal rear surface and a horizontal bottom surface of the rain drop blocking plate to be attached to the guide iron plate and the floor iron plate; a magnetic roller installed in the horizontal rear surface of the rain drop blocking plate to be attached to the guide iron plate, and rolling; an elastic support device for supporting the magnetic roller; a doorframe-shaped casing installed in the upper part of the door to store the rain drop blocking plate; a cover installed in front of the casing, and having a notch to expose the rain drop blocking plate; and a locking pin to maintain a storing position of the rain drop blocking plate stored in the casing. |
