Disclosed are a mobile terminal and a control method thereof. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the mobile terminal can more easily display and share content of the mobile terminal by extending a display of the mobile terminal to a display of an external terminal in contact with the mobile terminal. The mobile terminal includes: a body; a first touch screen prepared on the front of the body and displaying a first image; and a control unit extending a region capable of displaying the first image to a second touch screen of the external terminal including the first touch screen when one side of the body comes in contact with one side of the external terminal. |
