The present invention relates to a medical snare device. A trap unit of a wire code finely rotates based on a gear gearing type of a rotation force transferring structure, so the trap unit of the wire code may be accurately disposed with respect to a polypus. Accordingly, operability is improved, and time required for removing the polypus may be remarkably reduced. The medical snare device according to the present invention comprises: a wire code having a trap unit formed in a front end part thereof to capture and cut a human body tissue, and forwardly or backwardly moving and rotating in a tube; and an operating unit connected to a rear end part of the wire code, and operating the wire code. The operating unit according to the present invention comprises: an operating unit body; a driving unit forwardly and backwardly slid to the operation unit body, and connected to a support shaft connected to an end of the wire code; a handle formed on an end of the operating unit body to be able to rotate; and a gear unit for transferring a rotation force of the handle to the support shaft, and having first and second gear members which are engaged in a gear tooth. |
