Kindergarten or elementary school children are small, so drivers can rarely see children when children cross the street. Thus, children learn to cross the street with their hands up, but still drivers cannot see the children well, so traffic accidents often occur. Moreover, a night road is dark, so children who have difficulties in recognizing situations are in danger of traffic accidents. Accordingly, a rod like a long rifle is used, and a bowing hand is adhered to the rod, so a bowing safety hand pops up to enable drivers to easily recognize the same when being pressed by using a spring. Moreover, when a driver sitting in a left seat with a handle breaks into the right side and solicits a concession, the driver may interestingly show the bowing hand to express that he/she is sorry instead of laboriously waving his/her hand after opening the window in a far right side. Consequently, according to the present invention, even when a driver is difficult to see a small child, a button for a traffic safety hand adhered on the child′s bag may be pressed and the traffic safety hand pops up to be waved, so a traffic accident may be prevented. Furthermore, children can naturally learn how to bow by waving a bowing safety bar, so personality education may be helpfully performed. |
