The present invention relates to a vascular patch using cocoon and a manufacturing method of the same. A vascular patch using cocoon is manufactured by cocoon pieces, wherein the cocoon pieces are obtained by dividing cocoon with a first thickness of a cross section into two or more pieces of a proper shape based on cross-section slicing. Provided are a vascular patch using cocoon and a manufacturing method of the same capable of significantly reducing costs compared to the unit cost of the conventional vascular patches through a relatively simplified manufacturing process, while having excellent cell proliferation ability and biocompatibility.
