The thin film type capacitor includes a body part formed by stacking dielectric layers, a first internal electrode which is formed in the body part and includes a first non-plating region and a second internal electrode which includes a second non-plating region, and a first via formed in the first non-plating region and a second via formed in the second non-plating region.
