The present invention relates to an immersion-free physiotherapy appliance constructed to topically shock or stimulate lesion sites with hydraulic pressure having adequate frequency to treat epicondylitis of the elbow. The appliance comprises: a hollow main body (100) to accommodate the upper limb (200); a nozzle unit (310) arranged inside of the main body (100); and a control unit (320) connected with the nozzle unit (310) to control the nozzle unit (310). The control unit (320) determines the temperature, pressure, and output frequency of a substance dispersed to topical sites of the upper limb (200) accommodated inside of the main body (100) by the nozzle unit (310). Hereby, the present invention is more economical in comparison to a highly priced injection therapy or extracorporeal shock wave therapy currently used in clinics, and is capable of effectively treating epicondylitis. |
