The present invention relates to a headrest for a car for promoting hair growth, and more specifically, to a headrest for a car, which can prevent hair loss and promote hair growth by irradiating light to the hair of a driver or a passenger while a car is driven. The headrest for a car for promoting hair growth of the present invention comprises: a main frame placed on the top of the car seat; a stay installed on the main frame to be detachably combined with the seat; a light irradiating means installed on the main frame to irradiate light for promoting hair growth to the head; and a power supply unit for supplying power to the light irradiating means. The light irradiating means comprises: a housing buried in the main frame; a light-transmitting cover installed on the front surface with an opening of the housing; a light module installed in the housing to have an array of multiple LEDs; and a fluorescent layer formed on the internal side surface of the cover to be excited by the light generated by the LEDs. |
