The present invention relates to a display device integrated with a touch screen panel integrated type display device and a manufacturing method. According to an aspect, provided is the display device comprising: a gate line; a data line; a thin film transistor; a first electrode; a second electrode; a thin film transistor protective layer; a touch signal line; a first connection pattern; and a first electrode protective layer. The gate line is positioned in a first direction on a substrate, and transmits a gate signal. The data line is positioned in a second direction on the substrate, and transmits a data signal. The thin film transistor is positioned in each pixel which is defined as the gate line intersects with the data line. The first electrode is separated from one from a source electrode and a drain electrode of the thin film transistor. The second electrode is positioned to face the first electrode. The thin film transistor protective layer is positioned on the thin film transistor, and is formed with a first contact hole. The touch signal line is positioned between a first touch connection pattern which is formed of the same material as the first electrode and is separated from the first electrode, and a second touch connection pattern which is formed of the same material as the second electrode and is connected to the second electrode, and transmits a touch driving signal to the second touch connection pattern. The first connection pattern is formed of the same material as the second electrode, and connects the source electrode or the drain electrode, and the first electrode through the first contact hole. The first electrode protective layer is positioned on the first electrode and the touch signal line. |
