circuitry configured to:
obtain an image of a person's face;create a face direction map including a plurality of face images of the person facing a plurality of directions, the plurality of face images of the person facing the plurality of directions being created based on a same obtained image of the person's face; anddetermine a type of movement of the person's face by tracking person a direction of the person's face in a specific order using the plurality of face images within the face direction map, wherein the specific order includes at least two face images of the plurality of face images, each of the at least two face image having a highest similarity with an obtained moving image of the person's face.
