The present invention relates to a phosphorylated phospholipase c-gamma 2 protein and, more specifically, to an antibody for a Y759 phosphorylated phospholipase c-gamma 2 protein, or to an antigen-binding fragment thereof. The antibody of the present invention can be sFv or Fab-type antibody and also, a whole humanized form antibody by being recombined with constant region derived from the human. Additionally, the antibody of the present invention can be useful in diagnosing, treating, and preventing diseases, such as prostate cancer, mediated by the cellular signal transduction through the phosphorylated phospholipase c-gamma 2 protein. |
