1. A method of detecting compounds in urine, comprising:
a) providing; i) a urine sample from a subject having acute graft rejection, borderline rejection, acute tubular necrosis, or BK viral neuropathy and ii) immunoassay reagents for detection of compounds comprising osteoprotogerin and at least one compound from the list comprising IP-10, MIG, and MIP-18; b) detecting the presence of osteoprotogerin and at least one of IP-10, MIG, and MIP-18 in said urine sample using said reagents, wherein the osteoprotogerin and at least one of IP-10, MIG, and MIP-18 are present at a concentration of 80 pg/ml of higher. |
