In order to provide a sensor operating in a high sensitivity at a low cost and a radio sensor platform having a high energy efficiency, the sensor includes a detecting film which generates heat through incidence or adhesion of an object, a magnetic film which generates a spin current in a direction of a temperature gradient by the heat generated by the detecting film, and an electrode which convert the spin current generated by the magnetic film into an electric current. |

a detecting film configured to generate heat through incidence or adhesion of an object to be detected; a magnetic film configured to generate a spin current in a direction of a temperature gradient by the heat generated by said detecting film; and an electrode configured to convert the spin current generated by said magnetic film into an electric current, wherein the detecting film, the magnetic film and the electrode are stacked in a first direction, and wherein the direction of the temperature gradient by the heat generated by the detecting film is in said first direction. |
