The present invention relates to a forming method of hermetic terminal of a compressor, and more specifically, to a forming method of hermetic terminal of a compressor to provide a current supplying path of a drive part and a compression part arranged in a housing, which has small size of 20 mm or less in diameter and has improved durability and insulation structure. The present invention comprises: a forging press process of forming a main body of a forging press product formed by expanding a welding ring part in a cone shape on the edge of a terminal array part by pressing the base material after injecting a cylindrical base material to a forging press device; a punching process of forming a concentric structure of a plurality of terminal assembling holes in a tunnel shape on the terminal array part, by a drilling or fine-blanking process on the terminal array part of the main body of the forging press product; a temporary assembling process of inserting the terminal assembly penetrated with a terminal pin in a hollow part of a glass bead into each terminal assembling hole of the terminal array part; and a sintering process for fixating by insulating the terminal pin by the glass bead molten inside the terminal assembling hole, by injecting the temporarily assembled main body of terminal assembly to a sintering furnace. |
