The present invention relates to a battery cell assembly. The battery cell assembly includes: a battery cell; a cartridge which surrounds the edge of the battery cell, and has an insertion groove at both sides facing each other; and a strap which has a fine and long length part, a combination part formed at both ends of the length part, and a pressure pin protruding from the length part to a vertically upward direction, and crosses a surface of the battery cell. Also, the battery cell assembly includes a battery module which comprises at least one battery cell assembly and detects the swelling phenomenon of the battery cell assembly.
